Zen-lifestyle wants to continue to grow in the online market and understands that consumers are increasingly demanding content. Pretty pictures are simply not enough anymore; customers want experience! Therefore, Zen-lifestyle decided to add AR (Augmented Reality) to their website, in collaboration with Zieny.

The process and success

The process went smoothly. Zen-lifestyle first wanted to test the AR feature for four months to see how it would turn out. We are now 1.5 years on, and new products in AR are still being added regularly. And rightly so, because what beautiful furniture Zen sells! It remains a treat to be able to place their products in your own living room via AR.

This is also reflected in the statistics: every month, the AR feature is used hundreds of times by customers, who make their purchase decision faster thanks to this experience.
